We are a team of two. You will be working directly with either Rick or Julie, or at times, both of us.
We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or mental health therapy. We help you compassionately understand your medical situation, assist with coordination and navigation, and can provide information and resources.
We are in Washington, DC, but we can provide services virtually to any location in the United States.
Not in person, but we can attend virtually to make sure your needs are met at the time of your appointment, and can reach out to the doctor on your behalf after your appointment for clarification if needed.
Yes, Rick has been board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for the last 30 years. Julie has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 15 years.
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time and most insurance plans do not cover private healthcare advocacy services.
Yes, we are complaint with HIPAA ad all healthcare related privacy laws. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Yes, we offer a free 15-20 minute call to learn more about each other. If we are a good fit we then schedule an initial intake appointment.
